Young Featured Speaker at Fall IRWA Conference

Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho partner Timothy Young will be a featured speaker at the October 4 Fall Educational Seminar of the Michigan Chapter Seven International Right of Way Association.
Young, who leads CMDA's Utility Industry Group, will be speaking on Multi-user utility agreements and the impact on value and new legislation.
