Jeffrey Clark, an attorney with the Firm’s Livonia office, was highly visible at the winter meetings of the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority (MMRMA) in Lansing last month as he led an extremely informative discussion on new developments in zoning law.

The conference, which drew more than 200 to the capital-based event, gave the opportunity for Clark, a zoning specialist with CMDA, to discuss legal developments in the Religious Land Use and Institutional Persons Act. With a number of municipalities now being challenged on Religious Land Use issues, Clark was praised for the timeliness and depth brought to the membership during his presentation.
