TRAVERSE CITY – Christopher Cooke has become the newest equity partner of Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho.
Cooke specializes in personal injury defense litigation, subrogation, municipal law and insurance coverage analysis and litigation at the firm’s Traverse City office,
“Chris has earned this by working very hard and getting excellent results and because of his abilities to attract new work into the firm while managing the Traverse City office and assisting significantly with the Grand Rapids office. He has shown he places the continued vitality of the Firm first and will make personal sacrifices for the good the firm as a whole,” said T. Joseph Seward, managing partner.
Cooke earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and Bachelor of Science degree in computational mathematics and economics from Albion College. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the National College of District Attorneys Association, the National Fire Protection Association and the Insurance Institute of Michigan. He has also been admitted to the United States District Court Western and Eastern Districts and to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
