Please join us in welcoming Michael A. Bender to the Firm. He has joined CMDA as an Of Counsel attorney in the Firm’s Livonia office.
Mr. Bender has practiced law in Michigan for over 25 years, and has extensive and diverse experience in commercial law, secured transactions, loan default workouts, consumer lending, privacy, litigation, and bankruptcy.
He received a Juris Doctor degree from WayneStateUniversity and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan.
