Kathryn DiCarlo has joined the Firm’s Riverside, California office where she practices public entity defense. Before coming to CMDA, DiCarlo was staff counsel for USAA Insurance, and a senior trial attorney for Allstate insurance. During her 23-year career, she has tried over 40 cases to conclusion.
Ms. DiCarlo holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA. She is a member of the California State Bar and is admitted to the State Court of California and the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. She also volunteers as a judge for the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s mock trials for junior high and high school students and is a resident of Santa Clarita, California.
