Last month Attorney Anne McClorey McLaughlin presented a seminar in Livonia on the Legal Liability for Sewer Backup to nearly 100 members of the Michigan Municipal Risk Management Authority (MMRMA). Those attending included municipal clerks, risk managers and water and sewer department personnel.
