Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho has a long history of representing clients in administrative law proceedings before the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC). Attorneys in our Utility Law Group have represented various clients in MPSC proceedings involving tariff revisions, applications for authority, rate filings, complaints, declaratory rulings, interconnection agreements, special contracts, disclaimers of jurisdiction and securities authorizations.
