Mr. Kane has earned a reputation throughout California for his quality and cost-effective representation. He has handled employment discrimination cases in state and federal civil litigation from inception through trial in the areas of race, retaliation, sexual harassment, disability, reasonable accommodation and lack of good faith bargaining.

Mr. Kane has a long and proven track record of success. He has tried over 30 jury and bench trials in both state and Federal court and won an astonishing 75% of those cases. These cases include personal injury, real property, estates and trusts, bankruptcy, employee discrimination, dangerous conditions/premises liability and other substantive practice areas.

He has also served as Judge Pro Tem in Los Angeles County Superior Court, adjudicating traffic, small claims and real estate controversies and resolved third-party matters as an Arbitrator and Mediator.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California in International Relations and Political Science, Mr. Kane received his law degree from Harvard University.
