Summary of Experience
Jim Acho works out of Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho’s Livonia office, where he focuses on employment, commercial, and personal injury law, and, on select cases, criminal defense and sports and entertainment law. While Jim has handled some high profile cases--he was one of the attorneys who handled the largest class action in sports history, Fazio, et al v MLB-- he also represents your next door neighbor: teachers, police officers, autoworkers, union delegates, barbers, firefighters, bartenders, athletes, coaches, priests, ministers, homemakers, handicapped, old, young, employed, unemployed, lawmakers and lawbreakers all make up Jim's roster of clients. Save for conflicts which arise from time to time, Jim is open to representing anyone and any company. Jim believes in the rights and freedoms engraved in the U.S. Constitution, and that everyone, regardless of race, creed, religion or social status, is entitled to fair and aggressive legal representation.
