Summary of Experience
Brandon Bolling is an attorney with the law firm of Cummings, McClorey, Davis & Acho, PLC. He has served all over the globe with members of all military branches. Mr. Bolling has tried courts-martial before Marine, Navy and Army judges throughout the world, including the United States, Japan and Afghanistan.
Mr. Bolling is a sought after military law expert whose cases have garnered national media attention, one recounted in a best selling novel. He has defended two individuals on the Naval Criminal Investigative Service’s Ten Most Wanted List and an individual featured on America’s Most Wanted television program.
Mr. Bolling has earned numerous decorations and is an Honorary Mountain Soldier. He received a letter of appreciation from the Head of Delegation, International Committee of the Red Cross, Afghanistan, for his actions to protect delegates during an improvised explosive device attack by a suicide bomber.
As a civilian attorney and highly experienced litigator, Mr. Bolling has handled thousands of criminal and civil matters nationwide and has submitted a Petition for Writ of Certiorari in the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Bolling is a member of the Michigan State Bar, the Rhode Island State Bar, the Washington State Bar (pending) and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 6th and 9th Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and all U.S. Military Courts.
