Timothy S. Ferrand is a partner charged with operation of the Sterling Heights/Macomb County office. Mr. Ferrand joined CMDA in 1990, and has focused his practice on municipal liability defense, insurance defense, and municipal law. He has defended and counseled municipalities including Bay City, Eastpointe, Dearborn Heights, Farmington Hills, Grosse Pointe Shores, Monroe, Pontiac, Southgate, St. Clair Shores, St. Clair County, Van Buren Township, the Macomb Community College District, and many others in litigation arising out of federal civil rights, employment contract, tort, personal injury, class action and mass tort claims.
