Summary of Experience
Nancy McAllister has successfully represented both men and women in family law matters since September of 2000. She has represented her clients in matters of divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, post judgment modifications, enforcement of orders, change of domicile (request to move outside of Michigan) and paternity. Ms. McAllister has successfully tried family cases before the Friend of the Court and the Circuit Court in Oakland and Wayne Counties.
She also has significant experience representing her family law clients at mediations and arbitrations. Her accounting experience as a Certified Public Accountant has been an asset to her family law clients who have an ownership interest in a business that is an asset of the marriage which needs to be valued.
