Leese v City of Livonia, et. al. Mr. Salah successfully represented the municipal defendants in this action brought by plaintiff, alleging numerous counts against multiple defendants.
Gross v Sea World of Florida, Inc. Mr. Salah successfully represented the defendant in this personal injury action filed in Federal Court by the plaintiff alleging that she sustained personal injuries as a result of defendant’s alleged failure to maintain its premises.
Canon v Thumudo. Mr. Salah successfully represented two County mental health employees in this action filed on behalf of a former patient of the County mental health facility where the defendants were employed. Mr. Salah was able to obtain Summary Disposition on behalf of the County employees, and Summary Disposition was later affirmed by the Michigan Court of Appeals and the Michigan Supreme Court.
