Summary of Experience
Jonas Sniokaitis has practiced for over 30 years in areas of law involving injuries and complex medical-legal issues including personal injury defense and workers’ compensation defense. His experience also includes subrogation claims, employment and labor law, wills, trusts, and estate planning.

The majority of his practice is devoted to the defense of employers against workers’ compensation claims. His clients include Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller employers. He represents both self-insured employers as well as insured employers. Based on his years of experience in the medical-legal field, Mr. Sniokaitis not only provides a vigorous defense to existing claims, but also works with employers to help avoid or minimize potential claims.
