Ethan Vinson, a partner in our Livonia office, concentrates his practice on labor and employment law, collective bargaining agreements, contract negotiations, labor arbitrations, civil rights, municipal defense, and insurance defense.

He is an extremely experienced trial attorney with over 25 years of trial experience. Mr. Vinson is considered one of CMDA’s premier trial attorneys in matters involving Elliott-Larsen, Title VII, the Whistleblower’s Protection Act, NLRB hearings, MERC hearings and unemployment hearings.

Mr. Vinson has developed a sub-specialty in the area of municipal defense. He has handled the defense of several metropolitan municipalities in the State of Michigan in areas involving negligence, automobile accidents and street maintenance.
